A major issue I've seen with clients and in my DM's is that because you have PCOS, everyone just assumes the one and only fertility problem lies with you.
But this is a risky mentality.
About half of the fertility issues in the world lie within male fertility issues.
As I say to my clients – imagine doing all this work to improve your PCOS and fertility, only to find out down the track that your partner had an issue too and now you need to work on his fertility from scratch.
Not ideal!
This simple checklist, makes it very easy for your partner or doner to work on their fertility too.
I'm also contacted by a lot of people who's partners are resistant to getting their sperm tested.
There's a real misconception that if your sperm isn't cutting it, that there's nothing that can be done.
And so getting sperm tested can feel really scary.
But the truth is that there's plenty that can be done to help improve sperm quality (it's all in the guide!) and actually, it can be really nice for your partner (or donor sometimes!) to be working on their fertility at the same time as you. It can feel like a real team effort and bring you closer together.
